It’s important to note that all customer inquiries related to product issues, refunds, and returns should be directed to CJ Dropshipping. By purchasing from UltimateEmergencyRadio.com, you, the customer, acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in CJ Dropshipping’s refund and return policy. Dispute Process:

  1. In case of a dispute, kindly provide:
    • Photographs or videos showcasing product flaws or damage.
    • Screenshots of received emails or disputes including the name, date, and content.
    • Any requested returns of the products to CJ as guided by the Dispute Team.

Refund, Resend, or Return Cases:

  1. Delayed Orders:
    • Orders lacking tracking or delayed for more than 60 days since departure from CJ’s warehouse are eligible.
      • US-bound orders: 45 days post-departure.
      • Brazil: 110 days due to customs delays.
      • China Post Registered Air Mail and CJ liquid direct line: 100 days post-departure.
    • Note: Some orders may be available at local post offices due to delivery issues. It’s advised to contact or visit your local post office.
  2. Undelivered Orders:
    • No refund or resend if tracking shows the order as delivered.
    • For undelivered packages, a non-delivery certification from the local post office is required.
    • Tracking alerts (like incorrect address, unknown recipient, uncleared customs, etc.) are detailed reasons for delivery failures.
    • Note: If undelivered orders are not processed or discarded, CJ cannot offer a refund or resend.
  3. Damaged Products:
    • Full refund or replacement for severely damaged packages.
    • Partial refund or replacement for minor damages.
    • Note: Damage claims for fragile products, electronic products, and others have specific timeframes.
  4. Incorrect or Missing Products:
    • Full refund or replacement for wrong products.
    • Partial refund or resend for products with minor errors.
    • Note: Measurement discrepancies should be properly photographed and sent for quick resolution.
  5. Order Cancellation:
    • Full refund if canceled before processing.
    • Some custom orders, including POD, private inventory, and video/photo orders, cannot be canceled post-payment.

Important Information:

  1. Dispute Deadline: Disputes cannot be opened upon delivery of the item or order status is closed.
  2. Force Majeure: Ultimate Emergency Radio isn’t responsible for damage or delays caused by uncontrollable events like wars, natural disasters, etc.
  3. Shipping Limitations: Some methods are not trackable in certain regions, and disputes may not be accepted for these methods.
  4. Destination Restrictions: Disputes aren’t accepted for orders shipped to specific countries listed above.
  5. Returns: Products can only be returned to Ultimate Emergency Radio CJ’s warehouses in China. Returns are discouraged due to high international shipping costs and potential loss or damage.
  6. Service Products: Disputes related to service products have specific interpretations.
  7. Unacceptable Disputes: Ultimate Emergency Radio will not accept disputes for reasons other than damage upon arrival. We will not accept disputes based on personal preferences.
